摘要
牙轮钻头的牙轮有绕自身轴线的自转运动,牙轮轴有绕钻头中心线的旋转运动,因此在破岩时存在不同的轮头速比。采用LS DYNA通用显式动力分析仿真软件研究不同的轮头速比与钻头破岩量的关系,对指导钻头的设计和使用,提高钻头机械钻速,降低钻井成本具有一定的意义。
Bit rotates around its axes,and cone rotates around its own axes.When cone bit works,its rotating speed is different with that of cone's.Study on their relations has been made,using LS DYNA software,which has a important value for improving working speed and reducing drilling cost.
