摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定晕痛定胶囊的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为Zorbaxl C18,流动相为乙腈-0.085%磷酸溶液(1783),检测波长316 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min。结果:阿魏酸进样量在2.407-24.070 mg/L,范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9,n=6)。阿魏酸的平均回收率为99.68%,RSD为0.27%(n=6)。结论:本法简便、准确,重现性好,可作为晕痛定胶囊的质量控制方法。
Objective：To establish a method for the assay of ferulic acid in Yuntongding Capsule by HPLC.Method：HPLC used Zorbaxl C18 column.The mobile phase was Methyl Cyanides-0.085%H3PO4（1783）with a flow rate was 1.0mL/min.The detection wavelength was 316 nm.Results：Ferulic acid showed good linear relationship between the rang of 2.407μg /ml and 24.07 μg/mL（r=0.9999,n=6）;and the average recovery was 99.68% with RSD=0.27%（n=6）.Conclusion：The method is simple,accurate and good reproducibility.It can be used for the quality control of Yuntongding capsules.
