摘要
目的 建立晕痛定胶囊中川芎嗪的含量测定方法。方法 用甲醇提取,以Nova-Pak C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,4μm)为固定相,甲醇-水(50∶50,v/v)为流动相,检测波长为282 nm。结果 川芎嗪在10~50μg·mL-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9992;平均回收率为98.7%,RSD=1.5%;日内精密度是RSD=0.7%。结论 该方法能消除其他成分的干扰,准确可靠、重现性好,操作简便快速。
OBJECTIVE To establish method to determine tetramethylpyrazine (TMP) in Yuntongding capules by high-perfomance liquid chromatography. METHODS Tetramethylpyrazine was extraeted from Yuntongding capsules by methanol. Nova-Pak C18 column (4. 6 mm×250 mm. 4μm) was used as the stationery phase, and metha-nol-H2O=50: 50 (v/ v) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 0. 7 mL·min-1 and the wavelength of detection was 282 nm. RESULTS The calibration curve had good linearity within the range of 10 - 50μg· mL-1 , r= 0.9992; the average recovery was 98. 7%, RSD=1.5%; and the intra-day RSD was 0. 7%. CONCLUSIONS This method is accurate, precise and simple, and can eliminate the interference of other components.
