摘要
文章运用1997—2010年我国30个省(直辖市、自治区)的面板数据分析房地产价格与财政收入、财政支出与房地产价格之间的关系。研究结果显示:房价上涨使得财政收入大幅增加,财政支出增加会使房价进一步上涨;房地产价格对财政收入的影响具有比较鲜明的地区差异性,经济发展水平较低的地区房价对财政收入的影响更大;财政支出水平对房价的影响也存在区域差异,经济发展水平高的地区影响较大,低的地区影响较小。
The interaction between real estate price and financial revenue and expenditure is analyzed based on panel data anal- ysis of provincial level from 1997 to 2010. The results show that the rise of real estate price makes a substantial increase of financial revenue, the increase of financial expenditure makes further rise of real estate price. The influence of real estate price on financial revenue has significant regional difference, with the larger influence in the regions of low levels of economic development. The influence of financial expenditure on real estate price has significant regional difference, with the larger influence in the regions of high levels of economic development.
