摘要
近几年来,我国经济一直保持平稳快速增长,城乡居民收入和生活水平不断提高,经济社会发展的协调性也不断增强。然而我国经济发展的质量和效益仍然不高,还存在着许多突出问题,呈现快而不好的总体特征。主要问题有粗放增长尚未根本改变、居民消费需求持续低迷、国际收支关系严重失衡、物价总水平大起大落、居民收入差距持续扩大、股票市场波动剧烈等。实现国民经济又好又快发展面临着严峻挑战。
In the past years, China＇s economy has maintained steady and rapid growth, the incomes and the living standards of urban and rural has improved steadily, the co-ordination of economic and social development are also growing. However, the quality and efficiency of China＇s economic development is still low, there are still many problems, and it has the overall characteristics of fast speed but not good quality. The main problems are that the extensive growth has not been changed, the residents＇ consumption is relative lack, the international payments is in a serious imbalance, the prices reach：new heights, the income gap continued to widen, the stock market is volation and so on. Good and fast development of the national economy is faced with severe challenges.
