摘要
目的:实施外科病区护理绩效管理并评估其产生的护理效果。方法:建立符合医院实际情况的护理绩效考评体系,并将护理绩效考评体系运用于护理管理,确定绩效评价周期,反馈效果评价。结果:护理绩效管理体系实施后,护理质量及病人满意度有了较大的提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:有效的外科护理绩效管理可以提高外科护理质量。
Objective： To explore the application of nursing performance management system in surgical ward,so as to improve nursing management efficiency.Methods： A nursing performance management system was set up in surgical ward,which focused on comprehensive evaluation integrated with quality,efficiency and benefits.Result： This practice improved the quality of nursing and increased paticnts satisfaction significantly（P0.01）.Conclusion： The application of nursing performance management system can improve the quality of nursing in surgical ward.
