摘要
目的:实施外科病区护理绩效管理并评估其产生的护理效果。方法:建立符合医院实际情况的护理绩效考评体系,并将护理绩效考评体系运用于护理管理,确定绩效评价周期,反馈效果评价。结果:护理绩效管理体系实施后,护理质量及病人满意度有了较大的提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:有效的外科护理绩效管理可以提高外科护理质量。
Objective: To explore the application of nursing performance management system in surgical ward,so as to improve nursing management efficiency.Methods: A nursing performance management system was set up in surgical ward,which focused on comprehensive evaluation integrated with quality,efficiency and benefits.Result: This practice improved the quality of nursing and increased paticnts satisfaction significantly(P0.01).Conclusion: The application of nursing performance management system can improve the quality of nursing in surgical ward.
