摘要
调查分析发现:男女生在职业成熟度各维度上的得分均无显著差异,大一学生在职业价值观维度上的得分显著低于大二和大三学生;大一学生在亲友依赖维度上的得分显著高于大二和大三学生。在职业价值观上,女生在保健因素和自我发展两个维度上的得分显著高于男生,并且大三学生在职业声望维度上的得分显著高于大一和大二学生。职业成熟度与职业价值观存在显著相关。
Investigation on the levels of professional values and career maturity schowed that：in the aspect of career ma. turity,the scores of boys and girls at all dimensions had no significant differences;freshman＇scores on the dimension of dependent on friends and relatives are lower than sophomore and junior.For professional values,girls＇scores are much higher than boys at the dimensions of health factors and self-development,and the junior＇s scores on the dimension of professional prestige are higher than freshman and sophomore.There exist significant correlation between professional val. ues and career maturity.
