摘要
对北京市四所聋校毕业班110名聋生的问卷调查显示,毕业班聋生的职业期望表现出以下三个主要特点:聋生的职业价值观以福利保健因素为主导,呈现出明显的物质性需求;随着年龄的增长,聋生的职业期望会更符合社会现实,表现出更高的合理性;聋生的职业期望受自我评价及社会支持(含家庭支持、学校支持、及社会整体性支持)的影响,并受相关背景因素的影响。
The questionnaire survey on 110 senior deaf students in four deaf schools of Beijing shows that their career expectation demonstrates the three salient characteristics as follows： welfare and health - care is the lead in their concept of career values, portraying apparent material needs ; with age increase, their career expectation will better conform to the social reality, having higher rationality; self- evaluation, social support from family, school, and the whole society, and relevant background factors all have bearing on their career expectation.
