摘要
介绍采用双波长标准加入荧光法同时测定肾上腺素和去甲肾上腺素,实验发现二者均可与氰乙酰胺反应生成荧光产物,但其光谱重叠严重,而利用双波长标准加入法可以实现对它们不经分离进行选择性测定。
The fluorimetric determination of epinephrine and norepinephrine by the H point standard addition method is described. Epinephrine and norepinephrine can react with 2 cyanoacetamide to form fluorescent products. Although their spectra are very similar and overlap, the H point standard addition method can bring about good results for both catecholamines.
