摘要
尿中肾上腺素经层析柱分离,0.01 mol/L H3PO4洗脱。洗脱的肾上腺素试液酸度调至pH 5~6并加入少量Cu2+,经60℃水浴加热后,试液以H3PO4为介质,H2O2存在下,与NaIO4反应产生强烈的化学发光,结合流动注射技术建立了一种测定尿中肾上腺素的化学发光新方法。方法线性范围为1.0×10-9~5.0×10-7g/mL肾上腺素,检出限为4.7×10-10g/mL,相对标准偏差为3.0%(5.0×10-8g/mL肾上腺素,n=11)。
epinephrine in urine was eluted on an aluminum oxide column by 0.01 mol/L H3PO4. The acidity of the epinephrine solution was modulated to pH 5-6 with addition of amount of Cu^2+ solution. The epinephrine solution was heated in a water bath (60℃ ) for 10 min with Cu^2+ , and it reacted with sodium periodate and hydrogen peroxide in the acidic medium to produce chemiluminescence signals. A new chemiluminescence method for the determination of epinephrine with flow injection technique has been established. The linear range of the working curves is 1.0 × 10^-9 -5.0 × 10^-7 g/mE for epinephrine. The detection limit of epinephrine is 4.7 × 10^-10 g/mL and the relative standard deviation (RSD) is 3.0% (5.0 × 10^-8g/mL, n = 11). The method has been applied to the determination of epinephrine injection.
