摘要
探讨了用高效毛细管电泳法(HPCE)测定肾上腺素(E)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)的最佳分离条件,即以pH6.0的硼酸溶液加入0.1mol/LNaCl和20%丙二醇为载体缓冲液,NE与E的浓度在0.01~0.05μg/ml内与峰面积之间有良好的线性关系(rNE=0.9990,rE=0.9987),重现性结果为日内RSDNE=3.52%,RSDE=4.81%;日间RSDNE=6.42%;RSDE=7.27%。
This paper described the separation and determination of norepinephrine(NE)and epinephrine(E) by high performance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE).The effects of buffer PH, salt and ethylene glycol on the peak shape, retention time and the separation results were studied.The promising running buffer for the analysis of NE and E was pH6.0 boric acid containing 0.1mol/L NaCl and 20% ethylene glycol. The consentration of NE and Ewas linear to the peak area in the range of 0.01~0.05μg/ml (rNE= 0.9990,rE=0.9987). The RSD of the reproducibility of NE and E was 3.52%, 4.81%(in the same day) , 6.42%, 7.27% (in different days).
