摘要
为了探讨科学、严谨、规范、实用的儿童疾病单病种质量控制方法 ,在总结分析武汉地区儿童疾病结构及其诊疗规律的基础上 ,运用现代医院全面质量管理的理论 ,建立了以儿科常见病、多发病为主 ,兼纳部分专科疾病的 2 4个儿童疾病单病种质量控制标准及规范的组织管理和考核评价系统 ,形成了以增强病种质量控制能力为核心的儿童疾病单病种质量管理体系。其管理体系在我院运用后 ,医疗质量、管理水平和社会、经济效益得到了同步提高 ,并规范了医务人员的医疗行为 ,使医院步入优质、低耗和高效的轨道。
To explore a scientific, rigorous, standard and practical quality control method for single entity childhood diseases, we have established, on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the structure of childhood diseases in the Wuhan area and their diagnostic pattern and employzing theories of overall quality management of modern hospitals, quality control criteria for 24 single entity childhood diseases with common and frequently occurring pediatric diseases as the main body and due consideration given concurrently to some special diseases and have set up standard organization, management, check up and assessment systems. Hence the formation of a quality management setup for single entity childhood diseases with enhancing the capacity for quality control of diseases by categories as its nucleus. The adoption of this management setup has led to the simultaneous improvement of the hospitals medical quality management level and its social and economic outcomes. It has also standardized the medical conduct of the medical workers, putting the hospital on a track of good quality, low consumption and high efficiency.
