血清尿酸与高密度脂蛋白的交互作用对高血压的影响 被引量:4

Interaction between serum uric acid and HDL-C in relation to hypertension

摘要 目的:探讨中国成年人血清尿酸(SUA)与高血压的关系,评估肥胖、空腹血糖、血脂对该关系的影响。方法:以2009年江苏徐州地区来自社区的8 415例血压、体质量指数(BMI)及各项生化指标均完整的健康体检人群为研究对象,排除既往有糖尿病史以及空腹血糖≥7.0 mmol/L或(和)2h OGTT≥11.1 mmol/L者,对相关数据进行统计分析。结果:调整性别和年龄因素后,受试者血压随SUA水平的升高而增加(P<0.000 1)。进一步调整血糖、脂类因素后仍存在该趋势(P<0.000 1)。SUA与高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)交互作用对高血压的影响在HDL-C最高五分位相显著(交互作用P值=0.001)。结论:SUA与高血压之间有显著关联,并独立于其他代谢危险因素。HDL-C水平可以修饰这种联系。 Objective: To investigate the independent association between serum uric acid(SUA) and hypertension and assess the joint effects with metabolic risk factors.Methods: After excluding subjects with known diabetes and fasting blood glucose greater than 7.0 mmol/L,a total of 8 415 cases who were from a community-based health examination survey in Xuzhou,Jiangsu province of China(2009) were to be our investigating objects.Blood pressure,body mass index(BMI) and biomarkers features were evaluated for all the individuals.Results: Increased blood pressure levels were associated with higher SUA concentration,even adjusting for age and gender(P for trend0.000 1),or further adjustment for fasting blood glucose and lipids(P for trend0.000 1).Highest quintiles of high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) showed significantly interacted with SUA in relation to hypertension(P=0.001).Conclusion: There was significant association between SUA and hypertension,independent of other metabolic risk factors.HDL-C levels may modify the associations between SUA and hypertension.
