活化条件对钒磷氧催化剂物性及反应性能的影响 被引量:2

Influence of Activation Conditions on Physical Properties and Reaction Performance of Vanadium-Phosphorous Oxide Catalyst

摘要 对钒磷氧催化剂前驱体进行活化,通过正交试验确定了适宜的活化条件,并对催化剂进行了BET、XRD、XPS等表征。结果表明,影响顺酐收率的各因素主次顺序为:活化气氛>活化时间>升温速率,适宜的活化条件为,水蒸气/空气比25%/75%,活化时间8 h,升温速率5℃/min。此条件下活化的催化剂,比表面积达到37.098 m2/g,晶相结构较好,钒的平均氧化值是4.26,而顺酐的摩尔收率也达到65.12%. Vanadium-phosphorous oxide catalyst precursors were activated and suitable activation conditions were found by orthogonal experiment.BET,XRD and XPS techniques were used to characterize the catalyst.The results show that the order of various factors to influence maleic anhydride yield is activation atmosphereactivation time temperature increasing rate.Suitable activation conditions are as follows:ratio of steam to air 25%/75%,activation time 8 h,temperature increasing rate 5 ℃/min.After the catalyst is activated under above conditions,its surface area is up to 37.098 m2/g,its crystal structure is better and its average vanadium oxidation state is 4.26,the yield of maleic anhydride is up to 65.12%.
