摘要
采用有机相还原法制备正丁烷选择性氧化制顺酐VPO催化剂,考察不同焙烧条件对催化剂性能的影响,在固定床反应器上评价催化剂性能,确定催化剂最佳的焙烧条件。结果表明,在反应气氛460℃焙烧2 h条件下,正丁烷转化率和顺酐选择性分别为80.9%和71.2%,顺酐收率最高达到57.6%。
The vanadium phosphate (VPO) catalysts for selective oxidation of n-butane to maleic anhydride were prepared by organic phase reduction method. The effects of different calcination condition on the performance of the catalysts were investigated. The properties of the catalysts were evaluated in a fixed bed reactor. The results showed that n-butane conversion of 80.9%, the selectivity to maleic anhydride of 71.2% and maleic anhydride yield of 57.6% over the as-prepared catalyst were attained under the optimum condition of calcination temperature 460 ℃ and calcination time 2 h.
