摘要
利用阿奇霉素在不同温度、搅拌速度、滴水速度中结晶效果不同的特点,通过控制各种反应参数使阿奇霉素从溶液中分步结晶析出,制备颗粒均匀、粒度分布窄的阿奇霉素原料。
Based on azithromycin different crystal effect in different temperatures, mixing speed and dripping speed, through controlling various reaction parameters,aazithromycin precipitated from the solution by step-by-step crystalli- zation method, which had symmetrical grain and granularity distributing straitness.
