摘要
通过对某矿山半自磨系统各控制参数关系的研究和分析,发现半自磨系统主要控制参数为功率、励磁电流、轴承压力和电耳。控制参数之间存在以下关系:功率随励磁电流、轴承压力增加而增大,随着电耳增加而减小,但各参数之间无线性关系。为了更好地实现半自磨系统控制,需进一步结合生产中其他条件建立完整的数学模型。
Based on the study and analysis of relationship among control parameters of semi-autogenous grinding system in some mine,it was found that the main control parameters of semi-autogenous grinding system were power capacity,exciting current,bearing pressure and electric ear,and existing some relations among these parameters:the power capacity increased with the increase of exciting current and bearing pressure,decreased with the increase of electric ear,and there was no linear relationship among these parameters.In order to realize the control of semi-autogenous grinding system,it is needed to establish the integral mathematical model combined with other conditions in production.
