摘要
介绍了磨矿分级自动控制技术原理,主要技术特点、功能以及投入生产应用后产生的良好效果。与同期人工操作比较,选钼回收率提高了0.85个百分点;磨机效率提高2.41t/h;溢流细度(-200目含量)提高了1.78个百分点;工艺控制水平和工艺稳定性大大提高,经济效益显著。
Technological principle, main technological charater, function, and the good results in the production have been introduced. Compared with manual control at the same time, the recovery rate of molybdenum has raised 0.85 percent, the grinding efficiency has raised 2.41t/h, and degree of fineness for overflow has raised 1.78 percent. The control level and stability of technology have been improved greatly, so significant economic effects have been obtained.
