通过调节球磨机励磁电流使球磨机供电线路功率因数接近1;与矿山变电所的电容器配合,进行无功补偿的优化;采取削峰填谷和改进生产工艺优化等措施,取得了较好的节电效果和经济效益。
The power factor for power supply circuit of ball mill closes to 1 by regulating its excitation current, the optimization of the reactive power compensation with combination of the capacitor of substation in mine, applying load shifting, production process optimization, which obtained good energy saving and economic benefits.
