摘要
特发性突聋属于原因不明的突发性感音神经性聋，多有耳鸣，部分患者伴眩晕。通过对18例特发性突聋患者用英泼莱特耳后封闭治疗5－12d后复查电测听，9例痊愈．耳鸣和眩晕消失；好转6例，耳鸣或眩晕消失或减轻；无效3例。并对治疗原理及护理进行了讨论。提示掌握准确的注射部位是关键。
Idiopathic sudden deafness is sensorineural deafness, usually accompanied by tinnitus and sometimes vertigo and the came of the disease remians unknown. 18 cases were treated with impletol by postauricle injection. Examination after treatment revealed that 9 casws were cured, with tinnitus and vertigo disappearing, 6 cases showed improvement, with tinnitus and vertigo disappearing or abated and the treatment was ineffective in 3 cases. The mechanism of treatment, treatment technique and nursing care were discuased. It is suggested that thc correct selection of injection site is the key to thc success of the treatment.
