摘要
唐甄民本思想是明末清初诸多特定社会因素综合作用的产物,具有重民、治官、非君三方面的基本内涵,即"民"是天下的根本,为政者应以"民"为重;"官"是践行民本的主要载体,治民必先治官,而治官责在君主;非君是其民本思想的另一侧面,必须给予足够的注意。唐甄民本思想的基本内涵决定了它并不具有突破君主专制主义,走向近现代民主主义的启蒙性质,而是对发轫于孔孟的原始儒家民本思想的回归。
TANG Zhen' s Minben Thought is generated under the comprehensive influence of many specif- ic social elements during the end of the Ming Dynasty and the beginning of the Qing Dynasty. Its basic connotation contains valuing the people, administering officials and criticizing the monarch. Detailedly speaking, people are the base of all China, officials are the main carriers of ruling the people and criticizing the monarch is another aspect. All of above decide that TANG Zhen' s Minben Thought' s essence is a revival in the original Confucianists' Minben t originated from Confucius and Mencius, rather than an enlightenment of breaking monarchy and heading for modern democracy.
