摘要
目的:研究睡宁胶囊的镇静催眠作用。方法:观察睡宁胶囊对小鼠自发活动、戊巴比妥钠小鼠睡眠时间和小鼠神经运动性电惊厥的影响。结果:睡宁胶囊能显著抑制小鼠自发活动,同时有协同戊巴比妥钠作用和明显对抗小鼠"精神运动性"电惊厥发作的作用。结论:睡宁胶囊有显著的镇静催眠作用,可以用来治疗失眠。
Objective： To study the sedative-hypnotic effect of Shuining capsules. Method： The effects of Shuining capsules on mice spontaneous activity, sleep time of mice injected pentobarbital sodium and mice nerve motility electric convulsion were observed. Result： Shuining capsules could significantly inhibit mice spontaneous activity. They had synergistic effect on pentobarbital sodium and inhibition effect on mice nerve motility electric convulsion. Conclusion： Shuining capsules show significant sedative hypnotic effect and may be appIied in the treatment of insomnia.
