摘要
目的:对芪归参胶囊的喷雾干燥工艺条件进行优化。方法:采取正交试验,以黄芪甲苷和阿魏酸的转移率、成品的含水量及其收率为考察指标优化喷雾干燥工艺。结果:通过试验研究,得出芪归参胶囊喷雾干燥的最佳工艺条件为:A_2B_2C_2,即进风温度为170℃,浸膏理论干重:辅料量=1:0.30,浸膏相对密度为1.10。结论:用上述条件对芪归参胶囊喷雾干燥工艺优化后获得了较满意的效果,从而为芪归参胶囊生产提供可行的依据。
Objective: To optimize the spray drying technology of Qiguiseng capsules. Method: The orthogonal test was used with the transferred rate of Astragaloside IV and Ferulic acid, the moisture content and the yield coefficient as the investigating indices. The optimum process conditions of Qiguiseng capsules were obtained through the test. Result: The best spray drying condition of Qiguiseng capsules was A2 B2 C2, namely the inflow wind temperature was 170 ~C , the weight ratio of extract to adjuvants was 1: 0. 30, the relative density of extract was 1.10. Conclusion: The satisfied effect was attained after optimizing the spray drying technology of Qiguiseng cap- sules. It can provide the feasible basis for production of Qiguiseng capsules.
