摘要
目的:对乳癖消巴布膏的处方及制备工艺进行研究。方法:采用正交实验设计,以芍药苷含量为指标优化提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为回流提取二次,第一次加6倍量乙醇,提取2 h,第二次加4倍量乙醇,提取1.5 h。结论:经过优化后制备的乳癖消巴布膏各项指标符合药典规定,工艺重复性好,适于规模化生产。
Objective：To study the prescription and preparation of Rupixiao Babu Plaster. Methods：Orthogonal experimental design was used to optimize the extraction process of paeoniflorin indicators. Results Optimal extraction process for reflux was ex tracting twice, first with 6 times the amount of ethanol, extracted two hours, plus 4 times the amount of ethanol in the second to extract 1.5 hours. Conclusion：After optimization of the preparation of Rupixiao Babu Plaster, the indicators meet the Pharmacopoeia, and the reoeatable orocess is suitable for large scale oroduction.
