摘要
熊果酸和齐墩果酸是化学立体结构相同的同分异构体。它们广泛存在于各种植物之中,是一类生物活性广、毒副作用甚低的活性成分。具有促进机体免疫功能和广谱抗肿瘤作用,如具有抗乳腺癌、抗宫颈癌、子宫内膜癌、抗前列腺癌和抗鼻咽癌、抗肺癌等作用。熊果酸和齐墩果酸对肿瘤细胞既有选择性细胞毒作用、引起肿瘤细胞坏死,又有诱导凋亡和分化作用。本文综述它们的抗性器官和呼吸系肿瘤作用及机制研究进展。
Ursolic acid and oleanolic acid are isomers with the same chemical structure.They can be widely found in a variety of plants,and have broader biological activity and low toxic side effects.As a result,they have the effect of promoting immunological function and broad antitumor function,such as anti-breast cancer,anti-cervical cancer,anti-endometrial cancer,anti-prostatitis cancer,anti-nasopharyngeal cancer and anti-lung cancer.Ursolic acid and oleanolic acid can not only have selective toxic effects on carcinoma cells,causing the necrosis of these cells,but also can lead to the apoptosis and differentiation of these cells.This paper summarized the antitumor effect of Ursolic acid and Oleanolic acid in sexual organs and respiratory systems,and reviewed the researches on their anti-tumor mechanism.
