摘要 齐墩果酸和熊果酸是化学立体结构相同的同分异构体,广泛存在于各种蔬菜、水果和中草药中,具有广泛的生物活性如保肝、抗炎、抗微生物、抗糖尿病和抗肿瘤作用等。本文从抗高血脂、抗氧化、抗炎、抗血小板聚集、保护血管内膜和抑制血管平滑肌细胞增生等方面论述齐墩果酸和熊果酸的抗动脉粥样硬化作用。 Oleanolic acid (OA) and ursolic acid (UA) are the isomers with the same stereochemical structure, which wildly exist in vegetables, fruits and Chinese herbal medicines and possess widespread bioactivities such as hepatoprotection, anti-inlfammatory, antimicrobial, anti-diabetic, antitumor action and so on. In this article, antiatherosclerotic effects of OA and UA are reviewed from the aspects of antihyperlipidemia, antioxidation, anti-inlfammatory, anti-platelet aggregation, protection of vascular intima, and inhibition of the proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells.
