摘要
目的观察扶正抗癌方对化疗患者毒副反应的影响。方法将115例化疗的肿瘤患者随机分为2组。对照组58例予常规化疗,对症处理不适反应。治疗组57例在对照组治疗基础上加口服扶正抗癌方。2组均以4周为1个疗程,4个疗程后观察胃肠道反应、血常规、生活质量及近期疗效。结果治疗组毒副作用发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组生活质量上升及稳定率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后(WBC)、血小板计数(PLT)及血红蛋白(Hgb)均下降(P<0.05),且对照组下降明显(P<0.01)。结论扶正抗癌方联合化疗,增效减毒,减轻了化疗常见毒副反应,改善了患者的生活质量。
Objective To observe the effect of prescription for strengthening body resistance and anticancer on side effect of patients with chemotherapy. Methods 115 patients with chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups. 58 cases in control group given conventional chemotherapy and symptomatic treatment of discomfort. 57 cases in treatment group received prescription for strengthening body resistance and anticancer on the basis of control group treatment. The therapeutic course was four weeks in two groups. Gastrointestinal reactions, hemogram, quality of life and short - term efficacy were observed after four courses. Results Incidence rate of toxic or side effects in treatment group was lower than that in control group（P 〈 0.05）. The increase and stable rate of quality of life in treat- ment group was higher than that in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. WBC, PLT and Hb after treatment was decreased in two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Prescription for strengthening body resistance and anticancer combined with chemo-therapy can reduce the common toxicity of chemotherapy,improve the patient＇s quality of life.
