摘要
在分析当前高职软件专业毕业生就业形势与课程体系所存在的问题基础之上,提出利用马斯洛动机理论指导课程体系的构建,探索出一种具有弹性的、模块化的、以能力为中心的软件专业人才培养课程体系。
Based on the analysis of the employment situation of software technology graduates, and the problems of curriculum finds out that the curriculum system should be guided by Maslow's mo- tivation theory. And provides a curriculum rounded with capability, which has the advantages of flexible and modular.
