摘要
＂校企合作＂是高等职业教育发展的必然选择。高职院校与企业的合作有助于提高教师的教学水平和科研水平,有助于教师了解企业的需求,培养满足市场需求的人才,有助于学校为满足市场需求和经济发展而进行的教学改革,有助于实现教育对象从学生到从业者的＂角色转换＂。我国高职教育校企合作现状较流于表面,校企合作实施过程中存在体制及认知的障碍,校企合作模式可行性的实践方案应该紧密联系企业,建立＂服务外包＂机制,实施＂工学交替＂。
