摘要
高等职业教育具有鲜明的职业特色和行业特色。结合高等职业教育的特点和行业调研情况,通过对"制药设备"高职人才职业岗位工作分析,阐述"项目引领、做学互动"人才培养模式的构建和实施;提出以培养学生"动手能力、自我更新、创新精神"为教学目标,实施"学生为主体、教师为主导、项目为载体、师生互动"的教学模式;给出了"制药设备"高职人才培养课程体系构建思路和构架。
High vocational education has obvious occasional and field characteristics.In this article,combined with the features of high vocational education and the results of investigation from the field and based on the analysis of requirement for human resource from pharmaceutical machinery specialty,the establishment and execution of talent education with the mode of ＂Project guide and combination of studying with working＂ were stated.The objective of fostering students with the ability of self updating and innovation was proposed.And then,the thought for construction and execution of high vocational education curriculum system was presented.
