摘要
在梳理国内外学者对公共服务动机的研究思路及主要成果的基础上,总结了公共服务动机研究的总体类型,以期从文献整理分析的角度对公共服务动机进行深入的理解和探讨,并展望公共服务动机研究的发展方向及前景。
The nature of public service motivation is one of the big questions of public administration.This paper provides a comprehensive review of the literature of public service motivation,in terms of its multifaceted dimensions,differences between public and private sector employees,cause and effect variables by synthesizing literature from various countries.With this review,the authors want to encourage more studies on public service motivation in China.
