摘要
以扇叶铁线蕨孢子为外植体,研究活性炭和植物生长调节剂等对其离体培养的影响。结果表明:孢子萌发最适培养基为1/2 MS+AC 0.2%;绿色球状体(GGB)诱导和增殖最适培养基为1/2 MS+6-BA 0.5 mg.L-1+NAA 0.1 mg.L-1;GGB分化的最佳培养基为1/2 MS+6-BA(KT)0.3 mg.L-1+NAA 0.1 mg.L-1+AC 0.15%。
The influences of active carbon and plant growth regulator on the plant isolated culture with Adiantum flabellulatum as the explant.In A.flabellulatum,the optimal medium of spore germination was suggested as 1/2MS medium supplemented with 0.2% AC.The optimal green globular bodies(GGB) culture medium was 1/2MS+6-BA 0.5 mg·L-1+NAA 0.1 mg·L-1;The optimal GGB differentiation culture medium was 1/2MS+6-BA(KT)0.3 mg·L-1+NAA 0.1 mg·L-1+AC 0.15%.
