摘要
从湖南4个农村县的教师教学能力入手展开质性研究,指出农村教师在教学知识的创新力与更新力、教学方式的选取、教学资源管理等教学能力方面存在严重滞后现象。现阶段担负着农村师资培养重任的高师在专业人才培养模式上存在实践教学课程、学生自主式教学方式、高师教师教学能力三个层面的弊端。为了改善这种现状,一要加大实践课程和教学实习的比重,全程开设理论课程、实践课程和教学实习,完善高师课程体系;二要创设一套以实践为基础的教学方式,开发学生主体性与思考力,营造高师灵活而宽松的教学环境;三要让外部智力与内生智力组成合力,诠释高师教学改革理念的真谛,提升高师教师的教学能力。
Through the qualitative study lor teaching ability of teachers from four counties in Hunan province, it can be concluded that they lag behind heavily in the teaching ability of creating and updating teaching knowledge, selecting teaching method and managing teaching resource. The cultivation mode of teacher education major in normal universities of our country now has disadvantages in three aspects of practical teaching course, teaching ability of staff and student self-study teaching method. In order to improve this situation, this paper proposed three strate- gies. The first one is to improve the course system of teacher education major through increasing the percentage of the practical-curriculum and teaching practice. They should be set up with theory course during the whole university's study. Secondly, colleges and universities should develop subjectivity and thinking ability of student and build a flexible and relaxed teaching environment by creating a series of teaching methods based on practice. Thirdly, we should combine the external and internal effect, interpret the true essence of teaching reform in teacher education major and improve teacher's teaching ability.
