摘要
目的了解产后42~60 d妇女饮食结构。方法运用24 h回顾法调查两组人群调查前3 d摄入的各种食物种类及数量,同时了解平时的膳食习惯。结果哺乳期妇女营养素的摄入量比其孕晚期摄入量要低,只有蛋白质的摄入量高于孕晚期,钙、铁、锌、维生素B2、维生素C的饮食摄入量远远低于其孕晚期摄入量(P〈0.05)。结论在孕妇学校应强调产后及哺乳期应均衡饮食。
Objective To know the dietary patterns of lactational women within 42~60 days after parturition. Methods With 24-hour history recall method,we reviewed the dietary consumption for three continual days before investigation among the women of two groups;meanwhile,we surveyed their dietary habits. Results The nutrients intakes of lactational women were less than those of pregnant women except protein.The intakes of calcium,iron,zinc,vitamin B2 and vitamin C in lactational women were significantly lower than those of pregnant women(P0.05). Conclusions It is necessary to inform the lactational women of balanced diet intake.
