基于最大熵原理与欧氏距离的机床主轴系统的退化分析 被引量:1

摘要 采用最大熵原理和距离函数对M1432B磨床工件主轴X2方向进行了退化分析,首先采用最大熵原理获得4—10月份振动信号精确的概率密度分布,然后采用距离函数中的欧氏距离对4—10月份概率密度分布的变化进行计算,结果表明M1432B磨床工件主轴X2方向发生了微小的退化。 In this paper, maximum entropy and distance functions were applied for the degradation analysis of the X2 direction of the M1432 griding machine from April to October. First , we used the maximum entropy prinple to obtain accurate probability density distribution of the vibration, then, used the Euclidean distance function to analyze the changes of probability density distribution. The results show that the X2 direction of the workpiece spindle of the M1432B grinding machine have tiny degradation.
