摘要
利用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立车磨复合机床主轴系统的三维有限元模型并进行模态分析,得到了前4阶固有频率及模态振型,同时提出改善机床动态特性的方法,为类似主轴系统的模态分析提供了参考。
The 3D finite element model of the spindle system on turning-grinding machine was established by utilizing ANSYS,the first four natural frequencies and vibration models were obtained.Some methods to improve dynamic characteristics of the machine tool were put forward.That is a reference for analysis of similarity spindle system modal.
