摘要
同城化是都市圈区域一体化进程的体现,但实践中缺少理论指导。同城化的整合规划应针对整合地区存在的功能混杂、空间隔离、各城市规划管理理念不统一等问题,采取规划目标与现实对接,各城市的规划管理、规划实施互相对接的策略。广佛金沙洲地区的整合规划具体从道路交通、功能布局、重大设施等方面都进行了对接与优化,并通过近期行动计划来指导规划实施。
Guangzhou-Foshan integrate development is a phenomenon of regional development,but lacks theoretical guidance at the moment.Integrate development planning should deal with problems such as miscel-laneous functions,spatial segregation,varied urban planning management concepts etc,and build connec-tions between planning vision and actualities,planning management and implementation.Jinshazhou region integrate planning build connections between transportation,functional zoning,significant infrastructures,and will guide the implementation with immediate plans.
