摘要
沈抚同城化是辽宁中部城市群一体化的起点,也是国内率先突破行政区局限进行区域协作的尝试。本文主要对同城化内涵及跨行政区区域规划编制的特点及内容进行探讨,提出了沈抚同城化的发展目标与路径,认为沈抚同城化是沈抚大都市区构建的过程,也是沈抚两市城市竞争的高级阶段。
The Shenyang-Fushun integration is a jumping-off point of urban agglomeration integration in central Liaoning Province and an experimental area to breach the limit of administrative division for regional collaboration. This paper discusses the connotation of the integration of neighboring cities, and the features and contents of cross-administrative regional plan and presents the targets and approaches of the plan. It argues that the integration of Shenyang and Fushun is the forming process of Shenyang-Fushun Metropolitan Area which is the higher level of competition between Shenyang and Fushun.
