摘要
实施西咸经济一体化,是陕西实现跨越式发展、建设西部经济强省的重大战略措施,体现了经济发展的现实要求与内在规律,能够发挥陕西科教、文化优势,发挥两市带动辐射作用,加快关中经济区的发展,带动全省经济社会实现跨越式全面发展。
The implementation of the integration ofXi＇an and Xianyang is an important strategic measure for achieving development by leaps and bounds and for the construction of economically strong provinces in the western part of China. It not only embodies the realistic requirements and internal laws in economic development, but also makes full use of the advantages in science, education and culture. The implementation can also exert radiation effects of the two cities, quicken the economic development of the Guanzhong Plain, and bring about the all-round development in economic community for the whole province.
