摘要
院校培训是解决海军跨越式发展所面临的装备使用、维修及管理问题的一种重要方式。文中总结了专题短训的特点,分析了当前培训模式难以适应专题短训的主要原因,对比分析了专题短训与项目管理之间的共同点,提出在专题短训中引入项目管理机制,并重点分析了其中培训项目负责人、培训质量控制及变更管理三个关键环节。
Academy training, as an important way used to deal with the problem ot military eqmpment use, maintaining and management, plays a major role in naval leap-forward development. Based on summarizing features of special brief-training, this paper analyzes why current training mode is difficult to acclimatize to special brief-training. By comparing the common ground of special brief-training and project management, the project management mechanism is introduced. Also the key aspects of training, such as management principal, quality controlling and changing management, are analyzed.
