摘要
针对目前我国立项实施的重大高等教育项目——“211工程”和“985工程”，从现代项目管理理论的视角界定了高等教育项目管理的内涵，分析了以传统管理模式管理重大高等教育项目产生的问题和不足，并在项目管理理论的基础上提出了对策建议，以期对我国重大高等教育项目管理理论与方法进行初步探讨。
In allusion to such important higher education projects implemented by Chinese government as “211 Project” and “985 Project”, the article defines the meaning of project management in higher education from the perspective of the theory of modern project management, analyzes the problems and deficiencies of traditional management patterns, and finally proposes some suggestions with the expectation of carrying out preliminary discussion on the theory and method of project management in higher education in China.
