摘要
通过对目前辅导员工作存在问题的分析,提出应当从任用、培养和激励三个方面来建立一个可操作的辅导员工作机制,以规范辅导员工作的全过程。同时,对辅导员工作机制建设中的"任用原则、培养途径和激励手段"提出了具体建议。
After the analysis on the current problems concerning tutors' working, this paper puts forwards a practical working mechanism of tutors from three aspects of appointing, training and motivating in order to regulate the whole process of tutors' working. Furthermore, it proposes some eonerete suggestions on the appointing principles, training channels and motivating methods in the building of the tutors' working mechanism.
