摘要
要从党的事业高度,高校发展与稳定的角度和辅导员队伍人才辈出的历史维度来认识辅导员队伍建设的重要性。不断优化辅导员的选聘、构成、管理、工作、职责掌控、培养和职业发展等运行机制,进一步促进辅导员队伍建设。
In order to recognize the importance of the moral educator construction, one has to consider our party＇ s cause, development and stability of the College, talented people from the moral educator force . To promote the further construction of the moral educator contingent, one has to optimize the following aspects of the operational mechanism ： hiring, composition, management, employment, duty control, training and professional development.
