摘要
采用受试者作业特征曲线(ROC曲线)分析,可以量化主观评价护理质量,做到更直观、具体、全面地衡量优质护理开展情况。本文通过对201O年5-10月入住南京军区南京总医院骨科的病人和家属进行随机、抽样、无记名问卷调查(其中41名为骨科住院病人、49名为家属)。并利用统计学软件SPSS 17.0对调查结果进行ROC曲线分析。结果显示。所有主观评价的ROC曲线下面积均围绕0.5展开,且P值均大于0.01,表明住院病人与家属的评价具有高度的一致性。ROC曲线利用5点式对主观评价进行量化分析,能全面、定量、客观地反映出优质护理的差异,具有一定的可比性与现实意义;为今后开展优质护理的评价提供一种科学性强、实用广泛的评价方法。
To evaluate nursing quality quantitively, and assess it more intuitionally, more concretely and more completely by using ROC curving system. A random and anonymous survey was implemented in patients in Orthopedic department from May 2010 to October 2010, and ROC curving system in SPSS 17.0 was carded out to analyze the result of survey. Areas under ROC Curve of all subjective evaluation centered around 0.5, p〉 0.01, which suggested the high agreement between patients and their families.ROC Curving system, quantifying the subjective evaluation using 5 points manner, highlights the differences in nursing quality completely, quantitively and objectively. As a comparable and applicable evaluating tool, ROC curving system introduces a scientific assessment on nursing quality.
