摘要
随着医疗卫生事业改革的深化,医疗市场竞争日益激烈,为使医院在竞争中立于不败之地,急需解决的问题是转变经营管理模式,提高医疗服务质量,建立品牌医院。在医院管理中引入9S管理模式,是管理理念的拓展和升华,其不仅包含了培养个体自觉意识来促进工作环境的美化,还注重个体素养的提高,强调相互间的团结协作,促进团体方方面面的满意,是值得借鉴和推广的管理理念。
With the reform and the development competition of the health-care system, to keep the hospital in an invincible situation, the change ability of management model to improve the quality of the medical services plays an increasing significant role in modern society. For one thing, the settlement of the model has a great influence on management, for another thing, it also brings home to people the value of improving themselves and teamwork.
