摘要
以冷库小型冷风机的蒸发器为研究对象,采用热镀锡膜铜-康铜热电偶多点布置测量蒸发器多个点的表面温度.利用matlab软件实现热电偶热电势值与相应温度值的转换,并调用grid-data3差值估算函数计算蒸发器其它各点的温度值,绘制三维温度场,实现蒸发器内外温度分布的可视化分析,为冷库蒸发器的换热效果分析提供依据.
The study was based on the evaporator of small air cooler of the cold storage.Using hot tinning process of copper-constantan thermocouples,many temperatures of finned tube surfaces were measured.Converting equation of temperature and thermo-emf for thermocouples was computed based on matlab software and other points of the evaporator temperature were computed by using griddata3 D-value estimation function and image of 3D temperature field.Meanwhile,the temperature distribution of exterior and interior for evaporator visualizing analysis became realizable and provided the basis for the heat transfer effect analysis of the cold storage evaporator.
