摘要
以CASTSoft/CAE为基础 ,围绕软件的模拟精度、计算速度与内存管理三个方面 ,对铸件三维温度场数值模拟隐式差分法进行了理论探讨及程序开发 ,并将原显式差分法改为隐式差分法。经实例验证 ,改变后的模拟软件计算速度更快 ,同时保证了一定的模拟精度。
On the basis of the software CASTSoft/CAE, the problem of numerical simulation of the 3-D thermal field in the casting by the implied differential method was discussed theoretically and the relative program was developed in this paper. All above work was carried out in order to improve the accuracy of simulation, the velocity of calculation and the managing level of the buffer. Then the explicit difference method was substituted by the implicit difference method in simulation of the thermal field. It was proved that the changed software ran faster than its last version with equivalent simulation accuracy.
