摘要
对盘式制动器的温度场进行数学分析;充分考虑制动器边界条件的实际情况,使用有限元软件模拟出制动过程中制动盘的三维温度场,揭示制动盘上温度分布规律和温度梯度分布规律,为盘式制动器的设计提供理论指导。
This paper analyzes temperature field of disc-pad brake in math method; making full consideration of brake boundary conditions, uses finite element software simulated 3D transient temperature of brake disc during brake, reveals temperature distribution law and temperature gradient distribution law in the brake disc, and supplies theory guidance for design of disc-pad brake.
