摘要 采用L9(34)正交设计研究烟草中总氮测定的消化条件.结果表明:消化条件对烟样消化效应的极差是,称样量>硫酸>硫酸钾>硫酸铜;称样量、硫酸和硫酸钾用量对烟样消化效果表现显著,硫酸铜用量不显著;选用400℃、180 min、称样量0.3 g、硫酸钾3.0 g、硫酸5 mL、硫酸铜0.1 g为最佳消化条件. To determine the total amount of Nitrogen in tobacco by orthogonal table L9 (34) , and the results showed that the range of digesting condition to the digesting effect of the tobacco samples was: sample weight 〉 the amount of HESO4 〉 the amount of K2SO4 〉 the amount of CuSO4. The sample weight, the amount of K2SO4 , and the amount of H2SO4 have obvious effects except for the amount of CuSO4. The best digesting condition was that temperature was 400 ℃ , time was 180 minutes, the amount was respectively : the sampie weight 0. 3 g, K2SO4 3.0 g, H2SO4 5mL, and Cu SO4 0. 1 g.
