摘要
利用 1995年全国学生体质与健康调研资料 ,分析中国高身材青少年的地域分布特点 ,对象 2 49492人 ,年龄 7～ 2 2岁。分析证实影响中国高身材青少年分布的 3个主要影响因素是城乡差异、同地区内不同社会经济状况人群间差异和不同地区间的差异。认为其中影响效应最大的是存在于不同地区间的由世代遗传与地理气候条件决定的因素。对中国高身材青少年的地域分布特点进行讨论 ,并推荐新建立的中国男女青少年 (城乡合并 )身高百分位数参照值作为筛选不同程度高身材青少年的依据。
By using the '95 National Survey on Students' Physical Fitness and Health, the geographic distribution characteristics of the Chinese youths with high stature were analyzed. 249 492 subjects aged 7 to 22 participated in this study. The analytic results showed that there were three major factors making influences on the distribution of Chinese high stature youths, which were urban rural difference, socioeconomic difference among people in one area, and geographic difference among various areas. Of the three, the last one, which is affected by both the population hereditary and the geographic climate conditions, is the major one. Details of the geographic distribution characteristics were discussed. The percentile Norms of Stature of Chinese youth aged 7 through 22 were recommended, which can be used in screening out youth with high stature at early age.
